Bohemian Pilsner Everyone loves a good Pilsner and this one’s a New Zealand classic with authentic Czech yeast that throws the bitterness forward and enhances the malt. Taste: Crisp, firm bodied with notes of citrus and grass.
XPA (extra pale Ale) is a middle ground between APA and IPA where the beer has enough hops and bitterness to keep hopheads happy and enough malty smoothness and lower ABV to ensure that there is a balance and drinkability to the beer.
Voyager generously hop it with Kiwi hop varieties for bitterness then finish it with Fuggles (as a nod to its origin) and New Zealand bred Riwaka hops for a spicy floral finish.
Fuji Cider Made from 100% Nelson Fuji apples, this cider has good straw colour with a light green hue. A sweet ripe fruit bouquet and somewhat wine like on the nose. The palate is of fresh, crisp apples with a well-balanced residual sweetness.
